This is an inbound, phone-based role – no cold calling, no outbound sales. As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you’ll be the friendly voice that helps them place orders, find what they need and feel supported.

You’ll also respond to emails, assist with onboarding new customers and support our sales reps with day-to-day service and coordination. Additionally you will work closely with our warehouse team, assisting with initial despatch steps. (pick confirmations)

This is a fast-paced, inbound customer service and telesales role. You’ll take calls from chefs, kitchen teams and hospitality businesses placing orders or seeking advice. Your support will help keep their operations running smoothly.

If you’ve worked in hospitality, retail, administration, call centres, reception, or even fast-paced medical or logistics environments, your ability to multitask, stay organised and build rapport will be highly regarded.
