Job summary

Max Stocks Food Service in Maroochydore, Queensland, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team. This full-time role combines customer service, data entry and admin to ensure orders are received and processed accurately, while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

You will collaborate with warehouse, sales and finance teams and play a key role in delivering outstanding service across our local community.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration or customer service in a warehouse/logistics environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database software; training provided.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and time management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under time pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and expand knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders via phone, email and web-store.
• Enter data accurately into software systems.
• Prepare and distribute documents including picking slips, substitutions/unavailable stock, invoices and credits.
• Communicate effectively within Customer Service and with other departments.
