Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or call centre roles.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities
- Respond to general enquiries related to accounts and billing.
- Triaging calls to relevant business areas in a professional manner.
- Manage and process customer orders and Live Chat queries.
- Record and track customer feedback and complaints.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Aim to achieve first contact resolution (FCR).
