Talent Corp is seeking a Call Centre Representative to join its Customer Care team on an initial 3-month contract with the potential for extension. The role is office-based in NSW, with 38 hours per week and multiple start times.

You will handle inbound calls, provide product information, support dealers, and document issues in the CRM. Strong communication, attention to detail and a team mindset are essential.

Qualificações

• At least 12 months' experience in a contact centre environment.
• Strong telephone communication skills and the ability to manage challenging conversations.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management and teamwork skills.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• A typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
• SAP CRM experience is highly regarded.
• Familiarity with product components, fault codes and terminology is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound customer calls, providing professional and friendly service.
• Respond to customer and dealer enquiries by phone, email and other channels.
• Record customer concerns and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Provide product information and process technical support and service requests.
• Allocate service jobs to service agents or refer them to the Service Delivery team.
• Follow internal processes and procedures.
