Specialist Services is seeking an energetic Call Centre Operator to join our inbound call team in a busy healthcare setting. You will be the main point of contact, delivering courteous service and accurate information in a fast-paced environment.

Key duties include handling a high volume of inbound calls, assisting with appointment confirmations, and providing reliable administrative support while maintaining meticulous patient information records.

Qualifications

• Call centre experience is essential.
• Ability to work in a rotating roster Monday to Friday 8:00am–5:30pm.
• Must be able to work well in a team and independently.
• Strong attention to detail when handling patient information.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Assist with appointment confirmations and general patient enquiries.
• Provide accurate and timely administrative support.
• Maintain high attention to detail when handling patient and appointment information.
• Liaise confidently with secretarial staff and doctors.
• Contribute positively to the wider team and day-to-day operations.
