• Make technology easier to understand through clear conversations and practical advice
• Guide customers through decisions so they feel informed and confident in their choices
• Support customers through questions with care and professionalism
• Contribute to customer experience, sales and store goals following processes
• Work closely with your team and continue learning to create a positive store experience
