Job summary

Telstra Corporation is seeking a Retail Consultant to help customers select products and activate services in-store. You’ll troubleshoot basic issues, deliver exceptional experiences, and contribute to overall store performance through a customer-focused, solution-driven approach.

You’ll work with a team in a fast-paced retail environment, staying up-to-date with Telstra’s latest gadgets and services while aiming to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with customers.
• Approach problems with a solutions mindset and tailor responses.

• Willingness to learn new products and services and stay up-to-date.
