Job summary

Telstra Retail is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Consultant to deliver exceptional in-store experiences, help customers identify the right products and services, and transform their telecommunications journey with thoughtful, knowledgeable guidance.

You will be the go-to tech expert, collaborate with colleagues to reach store targets, enjoy flexible hours and generous benefits, and grow with one of Australia’s most trusted brands. Previous retail experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

Solution-oriented approach to tailoring ideas for customers.
Demonstrated sales drive with the ability to meet KPIs.
