Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead in Adelaide to drive an exceptional in-store experience. You will lead from the floor, deliver technical product education, and ensure the store meets daily sales targets while maintaining an inclusive environment.

You will influence hiring discussions, coach team members, and help create a fun, productive store atmosphere in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in Australia.
• Must have reliable transportation to the assigned store.
• 1 year of retail or customer experience.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Provide ongoing technical product education to guests.
• Monitor and respond to daily sales data to drive results.
• Assist with store readiness and operational excellence across shifts.
• Open and close the store according to procedures.
• Participate in store hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
• Provide direct feedback and coaching to team members for development.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive, and productive team environment.
