Job summary

Qualifications

• RSA certification is required.
• Experience in a similar In Room Dining or hotel service role.
• Working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Lead the In Room Dining service team and deliver room service per SOP.
• Ensure back of house is stocked and clean at all times.
• Build relationships with guests to drive future bookings.
• Assist with stocking minibar items in guest rooms.
• Assist with serving food and beverages to guests.
• Deliver service excellence by understanding guest requirements.
• Lead with motivation and attention to detail.
