Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton, Perth is seeking an In-Room Dining Supervisor to lead the team behind our luxury in-room dining service and uphold The Gold Standards.

You will coordinate with departments, ensure resources are available, and support staff during busy service periods while maintaining guest-first service standards.

Qualifications

• RSA certification from a nationally accredited provider.
• In Room Dining or Food & Beverage outlet experience is required.
• Experience in supervisory role is preferred.
• Unrestricted working rights for Australia.

• Ensure staff work together as a team to provide optimum service to guests.

About The Role

Duties

• Ensure staff are working together as a team to ensure optimum service to guests.


• Coordinate tasks and work with other departments to ensure that the In Room Dining service runs efficiently.


• Assist management to ensure that the team has the necessary resources to effectively perform their jobs.


• Assist the team with general responsibilities during service.


• Assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time and that they meet appropriate quality standards.

Skills & Experience

• Responsible Service of Alcohol from Nationally Accredited Training provider (RSA)


• I’m Alert Food Safety Certification (from City of Perth)


• Experience working in supervisory role preferable


• Experience working in In Room Dining (or Food & Beverage outlet) required.
