Job summary

The Westin is seeking an In Room Dining Attendant to deliver room service in line with SOPs at 480 Hay Street, Perth. You will understand guest needs and engage guests with every interaction, while keeping back-of-house stocked and clean and assisting with minibar stocking in guest rooms.

You will serve food and beverages, including alcohol, and support the food and beverage team in daily operations, building relationships to foster future bookings and growth within a people-first environment.

Qualifications

• RSA certification is required and up-to-date.
• Previous experience in a similar guest-facing role is preferred.
• Eligible to work in Australia with valid working rights.

Responsibilities

• Rise with us and deliver room service to guests in keeping with operating procedures.
• Understand guest requirements and inspire guests with each experience.
• Keep back-of-house areas stocked and clean at all times.
• Assist with stocking mini bar items in guest rooms.
• Engage guests in the overall food and beverage experience.
• Serve food and beverages to guests, including alcoholic options.
• Support the food and beverage team with operational tasks.
• Build relationships with guests to enable future bookings.
