The Westin Perth, located at 480 Hay Street, is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant for Garum, its Roman-inspired restaurant. You will deliver warm, attentive service and help create memorable dining experiences in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

As part of a renowned hospitality group, you will thrive on delivering exceptional guest experiences, coordinating with kitchen and restaurant teams, and maintaining high standards of service, presentation and teamwork.

Competenze

• Previous restaurant, bar, café or hotel F&B experience is highly regarded.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating memorable moments.

Key Responsibilities

• Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, café, or hotel food & beverage environment is highly regarded
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating memorable moments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build genuine connections with guests and colleagues
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and remains calm under pressure
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Self-motivated, proactive, and always willing to lend a helping hand
• Well-presented with a professional and positive attitude
