Westin Hotels & Resorts in Perth, Australia, is seeking an In Room Dining Team Leader to oversee room service delivery in line with operating procedures. The role involves managing the In Room Dining team, ensuring stock and cleanliness, and building strong guest relationships to drive future bookings.

You will lead with empowerment, support your team, and contribute to a fast-paced, guest-focused environment within The Westin brand and Marriott International network.

Qualifications

• RSA certification is required.
• Experience in a similar In Room Dining or hotel service role.
• Working rights in Australia.

Responsabilités

• Lead the In Room Dining service team and deliver room service per SOP.
• Ensure back of house is stocked and clean at all times.
• Build relationships with guests to drive future bookings.
• Assist with stocking minibar items in guest rooms.
• Assist with serving food and beverages to guests.
• Deliver service excellence by understanding guest requirements.
• Lead with motivation and attention to detail.

Position Summary

• Rise with us and lead your In Room Dining Service team and deliver room service to guests in keeping with the standards of the operating procedure guidelines
• Ensure the back of house area is adequately stocked and clean at all times
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, creating intimate and distinctive experiences to enable future bookings
• Assist with stocking mini bar items in guest rooms
• Assist with serving food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
• Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
• Lead the In Room Dining team in general operational tasks, focusing on attention to detail
• Be an empowering leader by providing motivation and support to the team
