Job summary

Solahart is seeking a confident sales professional to conduct in-home consultations across Greater Sydney. You will understand customer energy needs and tailor solar, battery, hot water and EV charging solutions, guiding the journey from initial consult to close.

Qualifications

• Proven success in face-to-face or consultative sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident presenting solutions and closing sales.
• Well organised with strong follow-up skills.
• Current C-Class Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with qualified customers.
• Assess energy needs and future goals; recommend tailored solar, battery, hot water and EV charging solutions.
• Present proposals and explain customer savings and benefits.
• Manage opportunities from consultation through to sale.
• Work closely with installation and support teams to deliver a great customer experience.
