Job summary

Solahart in Sydney is seeking an In-Home Solar & Battery Sales Consultant to meet with customers in their homes at pre-booked appointments and guide them from consultation through to close. You will assess energy needs and recommend solar, battery, hot water and EV charging solutions.

The role focuses on presenting proposals, explaining savings and benefits, and coordinating with installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience in Greater Sydney.

Qualifications

• Proven success in face-to-face or consultative sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident presenting solutions and closing sales.
• Well organised with strong follow-up skills.
• Current C-Class Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers in their homes at pre-booked appointments.
• Assess household energy needs and future goals.
• Recommend tailored solar, battery, hot water and EV charging solutions.
• Present proposals and explain customer savings and benefits.
• Manage opportunities from consultation through to sale.
• Collaborate with installation and support teams to ensure a great customer experience.
