Right at Home (Australia) in Bundaberg is seeking compassionate Personal Care Workers to join our supportive team. You’ll deliver person-centred care in clients’ homes, assisting with daily tasks, mobility, meals and genuine companionship to help clients live independently and with dignity.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Personal Care Worker
• Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care (or an equivalent qualification)
• Driver's license and vehicle
• Current Car Insurance (Full comprehensive) & Car Registration
• National police check
• First aid & CPR
• Blue Card

Responsabilités

• Assisting with personal care such as bathing, showering, grooming and dressing
• Supporting clients with mobility, hygiene and daily living activities
• Preparing meals and completing light household duties
• Providing transport to appointments, shopping and social outings
• Offering genuine companionship and emotional support
• Encouraging independence and supporting clients to achieve their goals
• Building positive and respectful relationships with clients and their families
• Following established care plans, protocols and safety requirements
• Providing care that always protects our clients’ comfort, dignity and wellbeing
