Job summary

Right at Home is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Worker to join our in-home care team in NSW. You will deliver person-centered care with dignity, safety, and empathy, following care plans and collaborating with clinical staff to meet client needs.

You will require a Certificate III in Aged Care or Home and Community Care, CPR/First Aid, and a compassionate mindset. Flexible shifts in clients’ homes are available, with ongoing training and support from a national network.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care or Home Care is required.
• Current Basic Life Support (CPR) and First Aid certificates are required.
• Six months of experience in health care (Aged Care, Home Care) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care in clients' homes according to care plans.
• Follow established care plans and report to Clinical Care Manager.
• Document services accurately using Right at Home CRMs or records.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries with clients.
