Job summary

Pace Appointments Pty is seeking an Import Sea Freight Operator to oversee sea freight shipments and manage all import operations for Sydney-based clients.

You will coordinate, track, and resolve issues to ensure on-time delivery, while maintaining accurate documentation and clear communication with shipping lines and brokers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in import sea freight or logistics.
• Understanding of sea freight, customs processes, and import regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to resolve issues efficiently.
• Accurate in managing documents and shipment details.
• Excellent service to build client relationships.

• Book sea freight shipments with shipping lines and freight forwarders.
