Job summary

Fiserv in Australia is seeking an Implementations Manager to lead complex merchant acquiring and FI implementations from initiation to closure. You will coordinate with merchants, sales teams and bank partners to ensure timely, compliant launches and deliver integrated Clover/POS solutions.

You’ll translate business requirements into formal project plans, allocate resources, and guide cross-functional teams to successful outcomes while maintaining client satisfaction and project governance.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Experience managing project/resource schedules and budgets.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex implementations and conversions for merchants and banks.
• Coordinate project plans, schedules, resources and funding to deliver on time.
• Manage internal and external resources to meet project goals.
• Drive project delivery across cross-functional teams and departments.
• Assess business needs and perform cost-benefit analyses to inform decisions.
• Maintain client, vendor and stakeholder relationships and manage scope changes.
• Ensure adherence to project methodologies and risk/issue management.
