Job summary

Global payments is seeking an Implementation Manager to join our commercial team in Sydney. You will act as the technical expert delivering end-to-end payment solutions to merchants, coordinating their integration with our Worldpay suite, and guiding the project from scoping to post-live monitoring.

You will manage relationships with merchants and internal teams, plan demos and training, and work across different geographies.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in delivering customer technical integrations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects across teams and time zones.
• Technical proficiency with at least one language (PHP / .NET / JAVA / C/C++).
• Experience with server environments and databases (Windows, macOS, Linux; Oracle/SQL).
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve incidents and guide customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end payment solutions to merchants.
• Support merchant integrations with Worldpay suite of services.
• Define scope, manage project plans, and monitor post-live performance.
• Lead customer demos and training on product functionality.
• Coordinate with global teams across geographies and time zones.
• Identify risks early and keep stakeholders updated with meetings.
