Job summary

Global Payments in Sydney is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end deployment of payment solutions for merchants. You will own product knowledge, guide merchant integrations with Worldpay suite, coordinate with Account Management, design setup, provide technical guidance and troubleshooting.

The role requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement across geographies, and the ability to run multiple projects while delivering training and product demos.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer technical integrations end-to-end.
• Proven ability to manage relationships between internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in meetings and over written channels.
• Creative and proactive problem solving with customer requirements focus.
• Ability to capture customer requirements and apply funneling techniques.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: PHP / .NET / JAVA / C/C++.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of payment integrations for merchants.
• Serve as a go-to expert for Worldpay suite products and services.
• Collaborate with merchant and Account Management to tailor fit solutions.
• Design and configure merchant accounts, provide technical guidance, troubleshoot incidents.
• Define project scope, maintain plans, and monitor progress post go-live.
• Hold regular stakeholder meetings to identify risks and keep projects on track.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritisation.
