Global Payments Inc. is seeking an Implementation Manager to join our commercial team and help shape the future of global commerce. You will deliver payment solutions end to end for merchants and work across geographies.

The role requires strong project management, technical know-how in web technologies, and the ability to coordinate with merchants, Account Management, and technical teams to ensure successful implementations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer technical integrations end-to-end.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to capture customer requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Comfort working across different time zones and geographies.
• Knowledge of web technologies and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for merchants.
• Collaborate with Account Management to understand business needs and translate into solutions.
• Define project scope, timelines, and success criteria.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and manage project risks.
• Deliver customer demos and training on product functionality.
• Monitor post-live performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
