Job summary

Property Industry Foundation in Sydney is seeking a Fundraising & Volunteer Coordinator to manage fundraising, events and volunteer programs, deepening supporter engagement and strengthening community partnerships.

Reporting to the National Head of Fundraising, this hands‑on role combines donor stewardship, event coordination, CRM administration and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver outstanding supporter experiences and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising, events, customer service, volunteer coordination or a related field.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management capabilities.
• Experience working with CRM systems and databases.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends and travel interstate when required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and enhance volunteer engagement by supporting recruitment, onboarding, training and recognition of volunteers.
• Support corporate volunteer projects and working bees with logistics and stakeholder coordination.
• Drive donor onboarding, stewardship and timely donation processing.
• Coordinate fundraising events and campaigns, including logistics and reporting.
• Deliver high‑quality CRM and donor data management for reporting and operations.
• Promote a positive culture and collaborative teamwork across the charity.
