Job summary

Talent Connect Australia is seeking a motivated Fundraising Coordinator to support campaigns, events and donor engagement across our community initiatives. You will help coordinate activities from planning to delivery and assist with communications, reporting and donor stewardship.

The role offers hybrid working arrangements and an opportunity to develop a career in the NFP sector within a supportive team. Previous fundraising or administration experience is desirable.

• Experience in fundraising, events, marketing or administration.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fundraising campaigns, events and supporter activities from planning through to delivery.
• Support donor communications, including newsletters and acknowledgements.
• Assist with fundraising events and community fundraising initiatives.
• Maintain accurate donor records within the CRM.
• Prepare reports, presentations and fundraising materials.
• Support income reconciliation, processing and reporting.

• Previous experience in fundraising, events, marketing, administration or a related field
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Confidence building relationships with a range of stakeholders
• Experience using a CRM or database is desirable
• A genuine interest in the NFP sector and making a positive community impact
