Qualifications

• Be 18 years or older.
• Eligible to work in Australia or New Zealand (Citizen or Permanent Resident).
• Hold a current Provisional P1 Driver Licence.
• Be willing to complete Certificate III in Correctional Practice.
• Meet medical standards and fitness requirements.
• Provide details of visible body art or modifications as per dress policy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage inmates in secured environments across prisons and court cells.
• Conduct headcounts, perform searches, monitor movements, and assist with work and other programs.
• Stay calm and make decisions under pressure; training on use of force where appropriate.
