Scope Australia seeks a Business Development Manager to grow our Packaging Solutions business and create meaningful employment opportunities for people with disability. You will identify and secure new business, build strong customer relationships, and manage a healthy sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales or account management.
• Proven ability to develop new business and grow customer relationships.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Commercial acumen and a customer-focused mindset.
• Confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
