Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales within packaging sectors.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and margin improvement.
• Technical understanding of packaging materials (plastic/steel).
• Strong ability to develop and manage multi‑million‑dollar pipelines.
• Demonstrated success in securing long‑term commercial agreements.
• Solid commercial acumen in negotiation, pricing and deal structuring.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and travel for customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver revenue growth and margin targets by expanding opportunities.
• Build relationships with customers and key decision‑makers.
