Scope is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow our Packaging Solutions business. This role goes beyond sales, using commercial expertise to create meaningful employment opportunities for people with disability while helping businesses find reliable packaging solutions.

• Reporting to the Senior Manager Commercial Operations, you'll be responsible for driving business growth by securing new customers, strengthening existing partnerships and identifying opportunities to expand our services.
• You’ll work closely with operational teams to ensure solutions are commercially successful, operationally achievable and deliver great outcomes for our customers and supported employees.
