Job summary

Scope is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow our Packaging Solutions business in Australia. You will identify new opportunities, build strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers, and manage a healthy sales pipeline to deliver outcomes for clients and our supported employees.

Reporting to the Senior Manager Commercial Operations, you’ll work closely with operations to ensure solutions are commercially viable, achievable, and aligned with Scope’s purpose.

• Proven ability to develop new business and grow customer relationships.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Commercial acumen and a customer-focused mindset.
• Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Highly Regarded Experience

Experience in packaging, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics or supply chain environments will be highly regarded.

A qualification in Business, Marketing or a related discipline is also desirable.
