Anglicare Sydney is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager - Portfolio to drive integrated marketing for our Seniors Communities portfolio. The role focuses on customer acquisition, digital performance and occupancy growth, partnering with Sales, Operations and Village teams to generate qualified enquiries and strengthen engagement.

You will deliver multi-channel campaigns, manage external agencies and use CRM insights to optimise performance, with a 12-month max-term contract and strong

Qualifications

• 6+ years of marketing experience in campaign management, integrated or portfolio marketing.
• Strong ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders.
• Experience with digital and CRM-led marketing, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, direct, events and community channels.
• Support lead generation and customer acquisition across the portfolio.
• Partner with Sales to enhance enquiry-to-reservation journey.
• Develop briefs, manage agencies and internal design teams.
• Deliver marketing for existing and turnover village stock.
• Utilise CRM data and insights to improve performance.
• Create engaging content across digital and traditional channels.
• Support customer events, information sessions and open homes.
• Maintain brand consistency across touchpoints and stakeholders.
