Job summary

• Assist with ICT and AV projects, equipment upgrades, installations and vendor coordination.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation and equipment inventories.

Salesian College Chadstone is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic ICT Technician & AV Specialist to join our ICT Team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working across both ICT support and audiovisual technology in a busy school environment.

The successful applicant will provide day-to-day technical support to staff and students while playing an important role in the planning, setup and delivery of audiovisual services for College events, assemblies and other activities.

About the Role

Working closely with the ICT Manager, you will:

• Provide Level 1–2 ICT support across devices, software, accounts, printing, telephony and classroom technology.
• Troubleshoot and maintain ICT systems, including Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune and network connectivity.
• Support the setup, operation and maintenance of AV systems, including audio, lighting, video, streaming and control systems.
