Job summary

Hanshow Australia is hiring an ICT Support & Test Engineer to implement, test, troubleshoot and maintain ESL, digital signage and AIoT solutions. You will collaborate with customers, project teams and our global engineering team on deployment, testing and post-installation support.

The role covers system testing, technical troubleshooting, documentation and training, with travel across Australia as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline.
• 1+ year of ICT support, system testing or implementation.
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux, TCP/IP networking and SQL databases.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test and maintain ESL, digital signage and AIoT systems.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, network and connected-device issues.
• Troubleshoot device connectivity, provisioning, configuration and system integration issues.
• Perform system, integration, regression and user acceptance testing.
• Support software/firmware upgrades and customer deployments.
• Analyse logs and test results and assist with root-cause analysis.
• Prepare technical documentation, test reports and user guides.
• Support project implementation, commissioning, go-live and post-installation activities.
• Work with customers, project managers, developers and global technical teams to resolve issues.
• Provide technical training and support to customers.
• Travel to customer sites across Australia when required.

About the Role

We are seeking anICT Support & Test Engineerto support the implementation, testing, troubleshooting and maintenance of Hanshow's ESL, digital signage and AIoT solutions.

You will work closely with customers, project teams and our global engineering team across system deployment, testing, technical support and post-installation support.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, test and maintain ESL, digital signage and AIoT systems.

Provide technical support for hardware, software, network and connected-device issues.

Troubleshoot device connectivity, provisioning, configuration and system integration issues.

Perform system, integration, regression and user acceptance testing.

About You

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.

1+ year of experiencein ICT support, system testing, software support or system implementation.

Knowledge ofWindows/Linux, TCP/IP networking and SQL databases.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with IoT, connected devices, system testing or enterprise technology is highly desirable.

Good communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.

Fluent English and Mandarin are essential.
