Job summary

Rous County Council is seeking a dynamic ICT professional to deliver first-level support across staff at our Ballina site. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, systems and network issues, while providing exemplary customer service and rapid issue resolution.

You will manage helpdesk tickets, configure user accounts and ICT devices, and assist with system maintenance and projects, working with internal teams and external providers to ensure reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Providing professional and responsive first-level ICT support to staff across Council.
• Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, systems and network issues.
• Managing helpdesk tickets, prioritising requests and escalating complex issues when required.
• Configuring and maintaining user accounts, system access and ICT equipment.
• Supporting the ICT team with system maintenance, projects and general administration.
• Building and maintaining positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers.

Responsibilities
