• Provide professional and responsive first-level ICT support to staff across Council.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues relating to hardware, software, systems and network connectivity.
• Manage helpdesk tickets, prioritise requests and escalate complex issues when required.
• Configure and maintain user accounts, system access and ICT equipment.
