Job summary

Supagas is seeking a logistics coordinator in Sydney to manage linehaul scheduling, raise IBTs, POs in Pronto, and allocate costs across branches. You will ensure timely dispatch and accurate documentation to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' linehaul scheduling experience.
• Solid knowledge of NHVL and COR under NHVR.
• Excellent customer communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply the Chain of Responsibility legislation to IBT logistics.
• Raise IBTs and POs in Pronto and allocate costs across branches.
• Raise LPG purchase orders for branches upon request.
• Run regional sales reports and manage order routing between branches.
• Dispatch IBTs after loading and generate driver paperwork.
• Coordinate Co2 scheduling across NSW and QLD weekly with partners.

Your Responsibilities

• Understand & apply the Chain of responsibility legislation to the IBT logistics
• Raising all relevant IBT’s and PO’s in Pronto
• Allocate costing across branches
• Raise LPG purchase orders for the branches as they send through the requests
• Run the report for sales for the branches as per the schedule to raise their IBT send an order to the branch, once amended order from the branch has come back raise the order number in pronto
• Print picking slips for the yard and notify changes
• Dispatch the IBT’s once they are loaded
• Generate driver paperwork and send end-of-day confirmations
• Co-ordinate requirements with customers
• Daily stocktake of Ingleburn branch as per daily excel stocktake document. Communicate with operations and production teams to assist with production
• Plan and schedule Co2 across NSW and QLD weekly
• Coordinate Co2 with CoreGas and CoreGas customers

What You’ll Bring

• A minimum of 2 years linehaul scheduling

(Preference will be given to personnel with industrial gas or DG scheduling experience)

• Sound knowledge of NHVL and COR under NHVR
• Must have a good rapport with both internal and external customers
• Must be prepared to answer the phone after hours and reschedule as required to ensure a customer first attitude
