Job summary

Hype DC, Accent Group's premium sneaker retailer, is seeking a Store Manager for the Central Parl location. You will lead a high-performance team, drive brand vision, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving sales targets.

You will be on the shop floor most of your week, coach and develop talent, and collaborate with Area and State Managers to ensure operational excellence and a strong, healthy store culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in premium, fast-paced retail.
• Proven track record in driving sales and KPIs.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Experience in roster management and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Create a people-first culture and develop talent within your team.
• Lead a WORLD CLASS store team and deliver a MAGICAL VIBE.
• Drive multi-million dollar store performance and achieve financial targets.
• Execute brand vision and store strategy.
• Be on the floor ~80% of the week to ensure memorable customer experiences.
• Provide coaching and feedback to drive results.
• Recruit and onboard new team members for the store.
• Deliver seamless omni-channel experiences for customers in-store.
• Maintain best-in-class Visual Merchandising across the store.

What You Will Work On

We are looking for a premium and experienced business leader to join our retail team at Hype DC Central Parl location!

As the Store Manager you will play a critical role delivering and executing the brand vision, establishing a high-performance culture within your store, creating memorable moments for both internal and external customers and achieving operational excellence.

Who You Will Work With

As a business leader, you work collaboratively with your Area Manager, State Manager and in store team to deliver a people first culture, maximise sales growth in your business all whilst accelerating your personal career growth in a leadership role.

Who We Are Looking For

• A team player who strives for excellence across Sales, Operations and team development
• Experience and passion for delivering best in class experiences
• A coach who can motivate, inspire, and level up a large team of brand ambassadors
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a premium, fast-paced retail environment, with a proven record in driving sales and KPI’s targets
• A leader with a motivated & driven ‘Make it Happen’ attitude
• Strategic thinker, able to identify opportunities for future growth
• Experience in effectively managing rosters, achieving cost efficiency metrics
