Job summary

Astrum Recruitment is seeking a diligent Document Controller for the Snowy 2.0 hydro project, NSW. You will manage, track and maintain project documents in Aconex, while using Excel for internal filing and coordinating with engineering, construction and quality teams to keep records audit-ready.

The role requires 5+ years in document control or site records management within large infrastructure projects, qualifications in business administration or engineering, and strong skills in Aconex, SAP

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in document control or site records management.
• Qualification in business administration or engineering or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and document management systems.
• Experience with Aconex, SAP and advanced Excel functions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain document control systems for site work.
• Monitor outstanding documentation to ensure completeness.
• Manage full lifecycle of project documents in the Aconex system.
• Receive and process customer submittals from SAP/Aconex.
