Job summary

ACCIONA is building capability ahead of a number of upcoming civil and infrastructure project opportunities across regional Western Australia. Reporting to the Lead Document Controller or Quality Manager, you will maintain project document control systems, manage revisions and workflows through the EDMS, and support the wider delivery team with records and correspondence.

• Experience in document control on construction or infrastructure projects.
• Working knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
• Strong attention to detail in document numbering and revision control.

Responsibilities

• Manage document control plans and procedures across the project.
• Upload, distribute and revision-control project documents in the EDMS.
• Issue, track and expedite document workflows and outstanding items.
• Audit document control activity and support quality spot checks.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date project records and reporting.
• Partner with project, client and supplier teams on document requirements.
• Identify and resolve process issues, recommending improvements.

About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Lead Document Controller or Quality Manager, you will maintain project document control systems, manage revisions and workflows through the EDMS, and support the wider delivery team with records and correspondence. Based from our Northbridge office on a 5/2 roster, you will own the accuracy of project documentation, working closely with project, client and supplier teams.
