Job summary

Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry – Melbourne is seeking a Workplace Relations Consultant to join a team of HR professionals, ER consultants, and compliance advisors. You will provide high-quality advisory services to members and clients on workplace relations and employment legislation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Relations or HR, or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong understanding of employment legislation and the Australian IR system.
• Experience in wage audits and award interpretation.
• Excellent customer service and team orientation.
• Ability to deliver training and presentations.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to read and interpret case law and legislation.
• Capable of building rapport with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality consulting services on workplace relations and employment legislation.
• Deliver training and information sessions.
• Offer wage and condition audits, Fair Work representation, enterprise agreement assistance, and investigations.
• Provide best practice solutions to solve complex issues.
