T+O+M Executive is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor in Brisbane to join a high-performing People & Culture team. You will handle investigations, grievances, performance and conduct matters, and provide practical guidance to leaders on policy interpretation and employment law.

You'll collaborate with dedicated ER specialists, Employment Law and WHS colleagues in a hybrid setup, develop career pathways, and contribute to complex workplace initiatives while mentoring senior leaders

Formación

• Previous experience in a dedicated Employee Relations, Workplace Relations or Industrial Relations role.
• Experience managing investigations, grievances, performance and conduct matters.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation.
• Confidence advising and coaching leaders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
