Job summary

St Vincent's Care Services is seeking a proactive LMS Coordinator to shape learning for our teams. You will manage the Workday Learning platform, develop engaging training programs, and curate a diverse catalog to drive better care outcomes.

The role is permanent part-time (0.6 FTE) with hybrid arrangements and options to base in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne, plus occasional interstate travel. Collaboration with stakeholders and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with LMS for large workforces; Workday Learning experience highly regarded.
• Understanding of LMS, learning design principles, reporting, and best practice.
• Ability to train end-users and triage technical requests.

Responsibilities

• Lead the learning experience on Workday Learning across the organisation.
• Develop and facilitate education and training programs; curate the learning catalogue.
• Use insights and reporting to continuously improve learning outcomes.
