St Vincent's Care Services is seeking an LMS Coordinator to shape and deliver an engaging Workday Learning experience for our people. You will develop programs, curate a comprehensive learning catalogue, and use data to improve outcomes.

This permanent part-time role (0.6 FTE) supports flexible hybrid work from Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne with occasional interstate travel. You will bring substantial LMS experience, particularly with Workday and Articulate Rise, plus a degree in HR, L&D,

Qualifications

• Experience with LMS for large workforces and familiar with Workday Learning.
• Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, L&D, Business, or Information Systems; Workday certification desirable.

The Opportunity

As the LMS Coordinator, you'll play a key role in shaping the learning experience for our people, ensuring our Workday Learning platform is engaging, accessible, and impactful. You'll develop and facilitate education and training programs, curate a diverse learning catalogue, and use insights and reporting to continuously enhance learning outcomes. Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you'll help drive innovative learning initiatives that support our vision for better and fairer care, always.

This permanent part-time (3 days per week, 0.6 FTE) role can be based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne from any of our Group Head Office locations with occasional interstate travel as required.

About You:

You are a proactive, solutions-focused professional who enjoys driving change, improving systems, and leveraging data to inform decision-making. You will have:

• Demonstrated experience working with LMS for large workforces (Workday Learning experience highly regarded), with familiarity in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise
• Understanding of LMS and learning design principles, reporting, and best practice
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Customer service mindset with the ability to triage and elevate technical requests appropriately and train end-users
• A Bachelor's degree Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business, or Information Systems (Workday certification highly desirable)
