Job summary

Ventia is seeking a Project Coordinator to support delivery of infrastructure projects under the Telstra contract. This hybrid role is based from Cremorne, Sydney, with flexibility for Sydney applicants.

You will coordinate documentation, manage data and assist with procurement, liaising with internal teams and stakeholders to keep milestones on schedule. Ideal candidates bring project coordination experience, strong organisation, solid Excel and MS Office skills, and familiarity with SAP or

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, project administration or a similar role (≤140 chars)
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities (≤140 chars)
• Experience working with project management systems, SAP or similar platforms (≤140 chars)
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills (≤140 chars)
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel (≤140 chars)
• High priority to applicants who bring Telstra or telecommunications experience (≤140 chars)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project documentation, reporting and administrative requirements
• Manage project data, records and system updates
• Support procurement activities, purchase orders and invoicing processes
• Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors and customer stakeholders
