Ventia is seeking a Site Engineer to support NBN projects across apartment developments and residential estates. Based in Cremorne, VIC, this full-time hybrid role offers career development and exposure to high-profile telecommunications infrastructure that connects communities.

You will coordinate schedules, stakeholders and milestones, with responsibilities spanning planning, logistics and issue resolution to ensure KPI targets are met.

Qualifications

Degree qualified in Engineering or related discipline.
Experience as Site Engineer or similar project delivery role.
Strong organisational skills with competing priorities and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable engaging with stakeholders, contractors and teams.

Responsibilities

Coordinate schedules, stakeholders and project milestones.
Assist with project planning, resource coordination and reporting.
Manage work orders, material logistics and documentation.
Monitor approvals, costs, delays and client deliverables.
Drive project outcomes with contractors and project teams.
