Job summary

Tech Wave Communications in Melbourne seeks an experienced Project Coordinator to manage day-to-day administration and coordination of telecommunications projects from planning through completion. You will work closely with Project Managers, engineers, field teams, contractors, suppliers and clients to ensure schedules, resources, documentation and deliverables are aligned.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Project Management, Business, Telecommunications, Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience coordinating project schedules, resources, contractors and deliverables is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan and undertake the administration and coordination of telecommunications projects, including project schedules, resources, milestones and deliverables.
• Develop, maintain and monitor project schedules, work plans, registers and project documentation.
• Coordinate project activities between Project Managers, engineers, field teams, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
• Coordinate project resources, equipment, materials and contractor requirements in accordance with project schedules and priorities.
• Monitor project progress against agreed milestones and identify delays, outstanding actions and other issues affecting project delivery.
