Thales Group in Australia seeks a Technical Account Manager to support enterprise customers across Australia and Japan, delivering technical guidance and strategic advisory to maximise cybersecurity value. You will onboard, implement, and optimise cloud and on‑premises solutions, run workshops and health checks, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to drive adoption and success. English and Japanese communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Japanese language skills sufficient for executive briefings.
• Experience supporting enterprise customers in cloud, cybersecurity or infrastructure.
• Proven ability to manage complex customer environments and deployments.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted technical advisor and primary contact for strategic enterprise customers.
• Lead onboarding, implementation, migration, and optimisation across cloud and on‑premises solutions.
• Deliver technical workshops, health checks, reviews, and executive briefings.
• Provide security consulting and architectural guidance to strengthen customer posture.
• Coordinate escalations across support, engineering, and leadership teams.
