Thales in Australia is seeking a Cybersecurity Professional Services Consultant to deploy and implement data security solutions in customer environments. You will generate revenue in coordination with sales, interface with clients, and coordinate with R&D and product management to optimise the solution to meet customer needs.

You will be a trusted advisor, delivering high-quality consulting services and technical implementations that protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with security

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity, professional services or technical consulting.
• Strong understanding of network and endpoint security fundamentals.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS security models.
• Encryption, key management and HSM experience.
• Onsite and remote delivery experience and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Customise and configure data security solutions to meet client requirements.
• Integrate security solutions with cloud, hybrid and on‑prem infrastructures.
• Design scalable, secure architectures for data security solutions.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales to define technical scopes.
• Translate business and compliance requirements into technical controls.
• Deliver engagement in HSM, CipherTrust, SafeNet, PKI areas.
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to client teams.
• Offer post‑deployment support and troubleshoot issues.
• Act as liaison between clients and product engineering for escalations.
• Create implementation documentation, security plans and user guides.
• Deliver executive and technical reports with findings and recommendations.
