Job summary

Snowy Hydro is seeking an experienced Program Manager - Technology to lead a diverse portfolio spanning generation, commercial operations, and retail. You will manage a team of 9–15 project managers, driving delivery, governance, and capability development in a hybrid Waterfall/Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading technology program delivery or PMO in large complex environments.
• Experience in energy/utility sectors is preferred.
• Proven ability to scale internal capability and manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own technology delivery roadmap for assigned domains and balance demand vs. capacity.
• Oversee end-to-end execution across multiple projects with governance and risk management.
• Lead 9–15 project managers, coach, and develop talent.
• Facilitate executive steering committees and translate complex tech to business language.
• Establish governance and reporting using Jira, ServiceNow SPM and dashboards.
