You will manage a team of 9–15 PMs, drive strategic roadmaps, ensure governance, and partner with executive stakeholders to deliver high-impact business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading technology program delivery, PMO functions, or portfolio governance in large, complex environments.
• Energy/utility sector experience is highly regarded, though other sectors with large-scale transformation are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Own the technology delivery roadmap for assigned domains and balance competing priorities.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery with governance across waterfall and agile/hybrid lifecycles.
• Lead and develop a team of 9–15 project managers, fostering capability and wellbeing.
• Facilitate executive steering committees and translate technical data into business language.
• Establish rigorous reporting and governance using Jira, ServiceNow SPM, and dashboards.
